I just paid my subscription by fawry but the payment not accepted yet so i need help and i have the transaction details

Hi @31b6tamtkemen4z3mftx, and welcome to the Community.

 

My first suggestion is that you wait at least 24 hours to see if that payment is processed.

 

Also, double check your Fawry Reference Number/Transaction ID, payment date, amount paid, and your Spotify account email or username.

 

So if you've just paid the subscription, let me know by tomorrow if that went through so we can see what to do next 🙂
