Change from premium by phone carrier to basic

My Question or Issue

I'm currently using spotify premium via my phone carrier. Next month the price will go up and since I don't use the audio books I want to downgrade to spotify basic.

Will the Basic option still be available when I cancel my spotify premium subscription via my carrier?
