My Question or Issue

Hi

I have recently discovered that my daughter, who is blind, is paying a monthly payment (currently £11.99) by recurring bank instalments, and has been for the last 10 years although she has not used the service in all that time!

I have tried to cancel online but in view of the length of time she no longer knows the password to log on and the email address used (and presumably on Spotify records) was an old school email address and no longer in use, or accessible. It is therefore not possible to change either online and I cannot find another way of contacting Spotify to sort the matter out.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with this, or at least point me in the right direction!

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble logging in to cancel the Premium subscription. In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
