Cancelling subscription

I cancelled my subscription while it is still a pending transaction 
Would they charge me even though I cancelled it? Or can I ask for my money back?

If the payment shows as pending/pre-auth, that means that no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.

I cancelled my Spotify several time but the money has still been taken out of my account. This is the third message I've sent and I've had no reply.

If you've canceled but you're still being charged we'd recommend firstly checking you don't have a second account. Don't worry, you can do that with these steps:
