I cannot use premium features

I cannot use premium features

I have joined to a family premium yesterday and i use all premium features as usual.  today i can't get a unlimited skip the songs. The app only shows "get unlimited skip with premium " sign so i look at my account profile and it's already premium account. What happend with my account

Hello!

Have you tried to logout from the Spotify App and login again?

yes I did it more than twice
