Cannot access Premium Account because Facebook deleted

I'm very disappointed in customer service. Spotify is charging me and I have no way to access my account in order to stop it because I permanently deleted my facebook. This cannot be the first time this has happeded. Please somebody contact me and help me delete my Spotify account. I refuse to be charged when I have no option to downgrade to the free verion.

If your Spotify account was set up through Facebook and you delete your Facebook profile, there's no way to log back into your Spotify account.

But don't worry, in this case, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to find the account and help you cancel the subscription, and see what can be done about the refund.

They'll get back to you as soon as possible.
