Cannot cancel Family subscription

I want to cancel my family subscription and go back to premuim but every time I try, I get an error that says "Oops, something went wrong, please try again". What can I do to complete this successfully? Thanks

We recommend you give it another try from an incognito window or from a different browser. Clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing can also help with this.
