My Question or Issue
I want to move from Premium to Premium Duo/Family. I already cancelled my current subscription which will be ended next 3 days. Now, I want to subscribe again. But I got error Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method.
I have tried to open Incognito Window and login. On subscription method, I have choose Credit/Debit card. But on BUY PREMIUM button, it showing Pay for Spotify Premium through your mobile phone bill. I don't want to pay by phone as my carrier is not listed on the selection. What should I do? This has become troublesome.
