Hello,
I'm having trouble accessing the subscription page to select my subscription plan. Every time I try to access it, I get an error as shown in the screenshot below.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Using different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge).
Switching internet connections (Wi-Fi and mobile data).
However, the issue persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can proceed with choosing my subscription plan?

Looks like the screenshot failed to attach. In any case, this could have been related to a small hiccup we had earlier which should now be resolved. Could you give it another try to see if everything looks good on your end? You can also test with another device like your phone, for example.

I've had the same issue, on both desktop and my iPhone. I signed out of both devices, restarted, and also deleted and redownloaded the app. Same issue keeps happening. I just upgraded to Premium using a gift card and I'm not ad-free, which is annoying because that's why I upgraded. Help??

Are you getting the error message when you try to access this page from your browser? Are you able to open the web player? Have you tried using a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider)?
@loriander72, if you're not seeing your Premium features, we'd suggest checking the steps in this article.
If the issue with the error message persists, let us know the URL of the pages you're seeing this on.

Having this issue now. already tried 2 other devices other than my computer and incognito mode. My plan was student premium, and I cant get passed the activate hulu button and sometimes cant even get into the account menu. I talked to Hulu and they said it is on Spotify's end.
I am having the same issue. I need to update my payment method and I can't access the page. Keep receiving the same error page as other users.
I have the same issue right now. I try to see my account or profile page (Windows, iOS and Android), but the page hardly ever loads with the same answer's screenshot (only it's possible to access refreshing the page 10 , 15, 32 time or more...). I just upgrade to a Family plan, but all users experiment the trouble. It's annoying!! I cannot manage my account or view my payment.

We were recently seeing reports about issues with the Spotify webpage and app. This is now fixed and things should be up and running again. Feel free to have a look at this Ongoing Issues thread for more info, should it sound similar to what you were experiencing as well.
If you're still having issues, however, it would be great if you could let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried (if you haven't already). For example, this includes another browser, incognito window, different internet connection, another device, etc.
