Hello, i was premium user with the family offer, wich nobody on my familly used, so i cancelled it to buy a more chepear one, but after i cancelled it i cant buy anymore premium offers.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing it? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could be helpful.
