Cant change payment method

Cant change payment method

Aparently my credit card is rejecting the payment. When I want to update the payment method, I cannot do it. The system says that the credit card does not match with the country where I am. When I want to chenge the country from my account, the field is not available for changes. 
Please HELP!!!!!!! I dont want to loose the primuim suscription and have two days left to solve it.

Hey @leonardpedro,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hey again @leonardpedro,

have you tried to change your country like it's shown here:

    1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page at this link.
    2. Click update
    3. Click ...
    4. Then click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
    5. Then click change payment details.
    6. Now your country should have changed.
