We have a subscription. Wer pay €4.99 per month. When logged in on our computer we have no annoying add's. When we want to play music from our phones through a bluetooth speaker we get the annoying add's. We logged out on our computer and logged in on the phone. Any idea??

That doesn't sound cool.

You shouldn't get ads on your phone with Spotify Premium?

Be sure to use your username instead of your email address in the login process. 

And if that still doesn't help, I recommend you to reinstall your phone app, 

here's a step by step tutorial on how to do it.

I tried what was suggested. Still the same problem

I think I found the answer. Our subscription is Spotify unlimmited which works on a pc/laptop. One needs premium for a phone

Unlimited subscription were removed many years ago; it is nice to know some people have it yet.

Please note if you upgrade to premium, you can not come back to unlimited!
