Premium user and today spotify started to play advertisments??? what????

Ive been premium user since jun 2017, and just today Spotify play an advertisment between two songs? Anyone else is having this issue? If this continue I will downgrade to free user again.... Spotify devs...hope you solve this quickly!

Superuser Contribution Paid for a year in advance but still being charged per month

Hi,I accepted an offer to pay in advance for a year and also paid for that on 21/12/2017. But in december and January I am also charged monthly. Please correct this.Cheers,Richard

I paid for premium but it says my payment failed

The new deal on the Spotify app said to pay for the entire year, when I paid for the subscription it still says my payment failed and I will lose premium soon. The payment came out of my account and now I'm out 120 dollars for no product.
