I’ve been charged standArd price for Spotify premium and I am a student. I re signed up for student discount still charged me full price

Right now, you have to renew the discount every 12 months to keep it up and running. You should've received an email from Spotify a few days before the discount expired, so make sure you have access to the email address linked to your account.

When you verify the discount again, you should receive an email confirmation that your details were verified, and a button to complete the purchase. Only when you click that button, the discount is added to the account.

You won't be charged twice, the discount is just added to your account on your next billing date.
