Good day, I would like to ask about this subscription for my account, my subscription was supposed to renew in April 4, so I got charged in April 7 which is okay. However, during April 12 and April 20, I got charged again as reflected on my carrier's assessment. What happened with this?

Sorry to hear you've been charged multiple times for Premium. I suggest making sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this. To do so, try following these steps.

 

If you only have one account, try contacting your carrier for more information about these transactions.
