Subscribing problem

Hi, so I've been using my Visa Prepaid Card for about 6 months now, I think, so when my other Card came, I tried to use that to subscribe, later to learn that, that is still not a feature of the other card.

so now I'm trying to use my VISA Prepaid Card again but It won't let me subscribe to Premium and I don't know why. It already has money in it, I know that because one of the other services that I'm subscribe using the VISA prepaid card just billed me for another month.

Can someone help me?

Try this:

1. register your visa gift card online at www.giftcardmall.com/mygift 

2. go onto the spotify website and update your payment method but just put in your registered visa gift card.

Should work!
