Cant download seongs in my Premium DUO

Mye wifes Spotify account show Premium DUO. But she are not allowed to download sengs. When trying to download Spotify ask her to upgrade to Premium.
How to solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.

In that case, she's likely logged into a different account instead of the one she used to accept the Premium Duo invite. I recommend asking her to log out of the app and then back in, but this time using the right login credentials.

She can check if her account is part of the plan here. If it is, she can find out the username of that account here.
