How can I get my money back? I cancelled my subscription but still charged.

How can I get my money back? I cancelled my subscription but still charged.

I cancelled my subscription on the da my plan ended; however, I was debited for the next month's payment. When I cancelled, it appeared that my plan had cancelled for that day (March 22) and that I would go to a free plan today, March 23, but I still appeared with a premium plan and was charged.
I would like my money back, my plan is already cancelled.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Your Premium always stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free, so you don't have to wait for the last day and can cancel sooner than that 🙂

 

That way, you can make sure you won't get charged for another month of Premium. You can always check your subscription status on your Account overview page.
