Cant get premium with crypto.com visa card

I have the crypto.com visa card that lets me get 100% card back when subbed to premium. After keying in my card details and the sms OTP, im got the 404 error.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

As this is not a standard payment method we support, you should reach out to the payment provider for any help with issues. 

Note that in order to subscribe to Premium, the country of your card must match the current country your Spotify account is set to, which should be the country you're currently in.

Does not make really sense this answer. If I am an EU citizen, which lives in a guest country and keep the bank account in the home country, i should not been able to pay. This is also against the EU foundations values. Please revise such statement. Consider that other streaming services (e.g. Netflix are more flexible with payments)
