My Question or Issue

I have trouble uprgrading my account to Premium Duo, i went to my bank and they told me that the problem isnt on their side. It keeps telling me "Something went wrong".

In case you experience issues with subscribing to Premium Duo it's always a good idea to try if it works when using a private/incognito window. This ensures you avoid issues caused by the browser's cache. You can also try a different kind of browser to check if you can subscribe successfully. 

 

If you still see the error message after trying these steps, send us a screenshot displaying it so we can take a closer look. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. 

 

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

If you are, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
 
Lastly, keep in mind that you need to use a recurring payment method to get this subscription.
