I cannot upgrade my account to Premium in Thailand

I cannot upgrade my account to Premium in Thailand

Hi,

 

I live in Thailand and I am trying to upgrade my account to Premium.

 

Every time I am trying to upgrade Spotify tells me that 'Something went wrong' Please try again or go to support. Been doing it for nearly a week now and it is still not working.

 

Please advise how can this be resolved.

Help’s here!

 

We recommend giving it a try first in a private/incognito window. This step ensures you avoid cache issues with your browser. Another thing you can check is if you observe the same when using a different kind of web-browser.

 

If you still get the same error message after trying this, send us a screenshot displaying the error. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at what you're experiencing.

I tried it but it still doesn't work.

 

Called my bank, tried reaching Spotify Thailand but I could not find any contact details. It is frustrating. Cancelled by Itunes to join Spotify....

 

Please help me!

Apologies for the delayed response. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

If you are, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
 
Lastly, you can take a look at this page to see how to check all available payment methods in your country in case you're not able to subscribe with your card.
