Cant use the student discount even when i am verified?

My Question or Issue

So I have been using the student discount for months and suddenly one day the payment policy or something changed and now I don't have a premium account.

I am stuck in a loop where everytime I go to pay for my subscription it asks me to verify my account even though I'm verified till 5/11/21. The page then asks for my details and redirect to a page that say that I'm already verified without giving me any window to pay to used my already verified account. I'm stuck. Please help.
