My Question or Issue

Recieved a Spotify Gift Card for my birthday.  Created a new account and getting "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service"  when trying to redeem.   

 

Have also tried to use the serial number on the receipt and same result.  

 

Your support site is terrible. There's no phone number listings or email adddress or any information on how to "contact customer service".  This is the only way I can find to "contact customer service".

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend checking the code’s characters and try different combinations. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L.

I have tried all kinds of different combinations.  I've even gone back to the store where the card was purchased and had them re-print the receipt to make sure I had the correct serial numbers.

I recommend trying to redeem the Gift Card in an incognito window and a different device. It's also worth trying with a different internet connection.
