Change Plan doubt

I just had paid a year individual plan, but after payment, I have decide to migrate for a duo plan. I'm afraid to sign duo plan and pay it twice (it does not show the difference, just the whole payment). Should I go forward and will receive individual premium value at credit card reimbursement?

If you upgrade your subscription from Premium Individual to Premium Duo, the remaining Premium time that you've already paid for will be recalculated and converted into a Premium Duo subscription.

For this reason, your next billing date (which you can view on your account page) will become a bit earlier due to the price difference between the two plans.
