My Question or Issue

 

Hello,
I am a user of the Family plan, however I change the debit card I use to pay the Family paln.

Unfortunately the notification saying that my premium is over send me to the subscription of a Premium Plan , never mention the Family Plan would be over or cancelled, and for your lack of warning, transparency and clarity( not commom in your service, wich I aprecciate a lot), as well as my inattention, your service was not intuitive and I ended up paying a one month Premium plan when what I wanted to pay was the Family plan I always use.
Now I will pay the Family plan again but I would like to know if it will be possible to receive the refound of the Premium month payment I made since I will repay the Family plan again.
