My Question or Issue

I've a Family subscription and will be switching from bank. My account shows the option to change the payment details, however:

- I cannot choose for my new bank (ASN Bank)

- My N26 card is not accepted

 

I found in some support text that for Ideal payments I need to cancel my premium subscription and start a new one? Is this for real? And when I do that, will my familiy remain intact or do I need to set it up again?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

To change the bank you use for Spotify payments through iDEAL, you must definitely cancel your subscription and re-subscribe with the new payment details. This info wouldn't be displayed on the support page if it wasn't accurate. 🙂

 

Unfortunately, you'll need to invite your family members again after you've subscribed to Premium Family again using your new bank details.
