Changed payment method but they keep trying to charge the old one

Changed payment method but they keep trying to charge the old one

I changed my debit card details for my family subscription charges but Spotify keeps trying to charge the old card. Just got a message from the old bank saying that the payment failed (which it should have failed because it's not that card anymore). Already made sure to change it 2x in case, but it keeps happening.

Just to make sure, have you followed these specific steps to update your payment method

 

If so, could you check if your payment method you'd like to use meets these requirements? If yes, we'd recommend trying to update this info again from an incognito window and a different device. It's also worth trying while using a different internet connection.
