Bonjour,

J’ai souscrit un abonnement Premium Duo il y a 1 semaines. 
Le membre de mon abonnement reçoit des publicités pendant qu’il écoute de la musique. En ce qui me concerne, aucun problème.

J’ai désinstallé, réinstallé l’application tout comme le membre de mon abo.

Que faire de plus ??

The Premium Duo member shouldn't get any ads while listening to music, but keep in mind that some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

Having said that, if the Duo member gets ads while listening to music, we suggest that you ask them to log out and log back in making sure they're using the correct login info (email, Facebook, etc.). You can also ask them to log in to their account's overview and check their current subscription status.
