Changing Payment Not Working

I recently switched debit cards and am trying to switch to my new debit card so I can maintain my Spotify Premium subscription. Every time I try to change the card information to my new card, it comes up with the message "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

 

I've tried two types of cards, and I've double and triple checked that I'm entering the card information correctly. 

 

Please advise on why it's not processing correctly.

In this case, could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device would worth a shot.
