Unable to Change Payment Information.

Unable to Change Payment Information.

Tried to change my payment information because I got a new card. Screen keeps spinning saying payment failed. Would'nt let me update my information, so I just cancelled my accounting thinking that it would let me reapply. But now I have no premium account and it still is spinning on the screen. Not really happy with this. 

 

Can anyone help??

Can you try clearing your browser's caché/cookies and give it another try? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could be helpful.

 

Let us know how it goes. 

I am having the same issue. I emptied my history for the day and was still unable to get my payment information to update. I am using safari--any other suggestions? Should I try another specific browser? Thank you!

I actually tried doing it on my phones google chrome browser and I just got
it to work! It wasn't loading in my chrome on my laptop two minutes before
that. So maybe try using your phone!

I got the same notification using my phone 😞 

 

ugh this is so frustrating. 

Im experiencing this too. Have been for a few days. I have gotten a notification that my account will shut down tomorrow if it cant be fixed. I told Spotify about the problem a few days ago via twitter and they just keep saying that they are working on it, but its been almost a week with no progress at all. Please help
