My Question or Issue

Because of the payment issue in India, I had to switch to Premium Mini. I have now prepaid for 6 months of Premium, but my Premium Mini plan got extended to 6 months instead of the Premium plan I paid for.

 

Can you please activate Premium instead of Premium Mini?

If you've made different payments on your account they should be queued and presented on your account page.

 

In case you'd like to view the exact status of your subscription I'd recommend contacting Spotify's Customer Support (here) so they can a closer look on your account.
