Hi @Matt1910,
Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!
I've moved your post from the Chat area to a relevant Help board, where it fits better.
No worries, Spotify users keep all of their playlists, saved music, and settings no matter which plan they switch to or from; so if you change your plan from Premium Family to Premium Duo, your fiancee won't lose any of her playlists or saved music.
Bear in mind, though, that after you switch from Premium Family to Premium Duo, your fiancee's account will revert to the free plan. You can then re-invite her to your Premium Duo plan; however, since downloading music for offlline listening is a Premium feature, your fiancee will need to re-download any music once she’s subscribed to your Premium Duo plan.
You can change your plan from Premium Family to Premium Duo by following these steps:
- Log in to your account page
- Under Your plan, click Change Plan
- Select Premium Duo
Your plan will be updated immediately, and your billing schedule will change due to the price difference between the two plans. At your next payment date (which you can view on your account page), your fiancee's account will revert to the free plan and you can then invite her to Premium Duo by following these steps.
Bear in mind that to accept the invite to Premium Duo, your fiancee must reside at the same address as you (the plan manager). Note as well that members can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once a year.
Feel free to also read more about switching between different subscription plans in this support article, as well as to read more about how Premium Duo works in this FAQ article.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!
