Changing Premium Duo from monthly to annual subscription

My Question or Issue

I switched from an annual Individual Premium plan to a Premium Duo but I wasn't able to select the annual billing subscription. So, now I'm going to be billed monthly and I want to get billed annually and cannot find the option to switch from monthly to annual.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

No worries, you can find the annual prepaid option for Premium Duo here

 

 

However, if you can't see this option, we suggest that you cancel your current subscription by following the steps here. Afterwards, you'll be able to check the date when your account will revert to the free service on your Account page. You won't lose any content when your account reverts to free, you'll only need to re-download your tracks when you re-subscribe. You can do that on the same day from the link I've sent above.
