Missing a free month

Hello. I just wanted to use Spotify for the first time. I saw that it is written that there is a free month and payment. I thought to make the payment now, I will also get 1 month free and the one month I paid will be calculated after one month free. But now I saw that my plan is for one month and my 1 free month has not been calculated. How should I return the free month and my account becomes 2 months by paying for it?

What payment method did you use? Has the payment method you've used been used for Spotify in the past (e.g. by a family member or friend)?
