Changing the country is not possible

Hello, I am trying to switch country (my origin one) in my account. I used a different country since I was a student there. I tried to change the payment method, and still, it does not let me change the country. I renewed my premium using the new card and in a new rate but it doesn't help either.

Just to make sure, are you using a VPN that can cause Spotify not recognizing your current country?
