I have premium but want to get premium for family. I contacted my mobile provider who cancelled it from their end. Spotify still says it’s associated with the provider and to contact them. What do I do now???

You'll need to wait until your account returns to the Free plan. Until then, you won't be able to upgrade from Premium to Premium for Family.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Unfortunately, there's no way to speed it up.
