Hi.

 

I was looking student premium offer but I wasn't finished the payment. Then I found I am not eligible, I changed to another offer but in my bank transaction 2 times fined. Oddly only premium one appeared on my account. I couldn't find any neither support mail nor any contact links. I need help with undo the first payment.

Hey @user-removed,

 

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

Thanks for the reply but the thing is charge look already made, I've got a receipt with numbers(one for student the other is premium). I found the contact page and filled the form. If they say we haven't got the money then I'll contact with my bank.
