Charged SIX TIMES

I previously had spotify premium. I let my premium run out and decided to switch to the student premium plan given the fact that I am a new college student. I put in my credit card information and I kept getting errors telling me to try again. I keep trying with no luck. For some reason i decieded to check my bank account and I see I've been charged SIX TIMES and I still do not have the premium account. Is there anyway I can contact somebody because this is outrageous!!!

In this case, the charges should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money will actually been taken because Spotify has not verified your student status.
