Charged Twice

Hello, I recently signed up for the Student Spotify/Hulu subscription and was charged twice. My bank statement has two 4.99 charges from "Card Hold / Spotify Premium" this is extremely concerning for me because I linked an account I already had through Hulu and feel I shouldn't be charged at all yet because I already paid 7.99 for the current month.
