Charged and status didn’t changed

I was charged on my credit card but didn’t received a receipt and my status hasn’t changed from free.


i already tried to log out and log in

It could be that you have a second account you do not know about. It's very easy to create an account with us so perhaps you've created an additional account which is on Free.
