My Question or Issue

 I went through the process of trying to purchase premium in spotify. I initially did it during the sale where you got a certain amount of time free and then you had to pay but it didn't start working. I just thought that it was bugged with the whole trial system and that when it started charging me it would work, but my spotify is still not a premium account and I have been getting charged the $10 each month. Each time I try to re-register for premium it tells me that I already have it when I know I don't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Premium subscription.

May I ask you if you're able to see your active subscription at this page?

Sadly I am not and it says I am still using a free account but I did just recently get charged again for the $10

Could you check out this page to find if you have more than one account? It may be so that you have a subscription on an unknown account, if you're experiencing unexpected charges.
