I am automatically charged for premium for the account that I do not use. However, I am unable to cancel subscribtion, because I don't know on who this account is registered on, what are its email adress or password. What now? 😉

As I've said - I do not know the details of the Spotify account the subscribtion is paid for. I do own a Premium for myself, but I don't know who's the second account owner - that's the problem. Currently I am trapped 😉

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.
There are a few ways to contact them.
