Charged but not subscribed

Charged but not subscribed

I was using the spotify premium £1.00 for 3 months, but I was never notified when it ended. I have not recieved any email or notification of any kind from Spotify. I never agreed to pay for normal subscription and I don't intend to, but last week I was charged £9.99 by Spotify.

"CARD PAYMENT TO Spotify REDACTED 9.99 GBP, RATE 1.00/GBP [Snip - Moderator edit]"

In my account settings, under My Subscriptions, it even just says 'No posts to display', so I don't even have it. I would like to know why, and I would please like this money to be returned as it has been charged without permission. Thank you.

Hi Billy, I've been keeping tabs on that thread for a while, but my issue seems to be different. I never signed up for actual premium in the first place, I only purchased the temporary 3 month student premium. I never agreed to pay for regular monthly normal subscriptions. I would therfore like to cancel this subscription and please ask for my money to be returned.

@ralphusss,

Thanks for the reply.

Keep in mind that any trial offer you take will start a Premium subscription unless you cancel it before the billing date. You may not be seeing any subscription info because you are logging into another, Free, account.

Since you also mentioned you wanted a refund,You can check out the refund policy for more info and the next steps to take.
