Charged double

I have a premium account but on my phone Spotify continues te ask to upgrade to premium and I can't just premium features on it. So last week I used the upgrade function on my phone, and I hoped it would sync with my excisting premium account but it didn't and now I see on my creditcard bill Spotify has charge me twice this month...

 

I double check if I doesn't have two accounts but it isn't. I also cann't see the new bill on my Spotify dashboard.

 

I'm from the Netherland and I couldn't find any contact information for Spotify helpdesk but this community... I hope someone can help me!

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
