Charged for Premium but my account only functions as "free"

Charged for Premium but my account only functions as "free"

I have been charged for Spotify premium for the past two months, but when I look at my subscription on Spotify, it says I only have a free subscription (and I still hear adds, etc.).  When I checked the "receipts" tab, it looks like I haven't been charged since July, however when I check my bank statement, it says that I've been charge for November and October. I think it's possible that I have two accounts, but I can only find one. When I enter my only email address, it says that my account is linked to Facebook - so when I sign into Spotify with Facebook, it sends me to the account that is classified as "free." How can I either access the premium account that I've apparently been paying for or cancel all of my accounts altogether and open a new premium account? HELP ME!

 I have experienced similar issues but mine is through my phone contract- how do we get in touch with Spotify???!
