Charged for premium and premium duo

Hi, I signed up for premium duo and it has been working fine however my account still states I am on pri, I have been billed the 9.99 for it but also now have a pending transaction for 13.99 for duo too. Any ideas on what is going on? TIA

Hey @Becolar1!

 

Which plan shows up when you log in to your account page? If it says Premium Individual, then you most likely have two Premium accounts. I recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they can guide you through the process of cancelling one of the subscriptions as well as merging the two accounts together to avoid further confusion in the future.
