Charged for subscription

I recieved a charge for spotify premium even though i signed up with vodafone which says i get free entertainment of my choice that being spotify. Yet it's only been 3 months and i got charged.

Can you see from your Vodafone bill if Spotify is part of the charge? Or is there an additional charge from Spotify?

It only shows Out-of-plan charges which has data, calls, texts and other. In the other it say's spotify premium monthly charge £9.99 even though it should be covered my my package for free

As your mobile provider is taking the charges from you, you would need to reach out to them directly in order for them to look into this for you 🙂
