My Question or Issue

 I was subscribing to spotify family premium but I recieved an error after filling up with my amex details it said to choose a different payment method but then I clicked again because I thought it was a connection problem and it had the same result so i closed the tab but after a minute or two i recieved messages confirming two payments that have been made and to add insult to injury my account is still not premium and I was charged twice for nothing!

Hi @Zekaiah, welcome to the Spotify community!

 

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane.

 

Please double check if you're logging in with the correct credentials.

 

 

You can also check what you’re being charged by logging in to your Spotify receipts page

 

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
