Charged twice per month

how come i am being charged P129 for Spotify premium when I already have an ongoing subscription of P194/mo for Premium for family?

To avoid paying any interest rate from my bank, i just paid my bill. But i want to find out why I am charged this additional fee and if my additional payment will be credited back to me in my next billing statement. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do?

There are two things that could have happened here:

 

  1. You hit the button twice when upgrading. If this is the case the two charges will be on the same date and your next payment date will be 2 months away. You can check by visiting your subscription page.
  2. You’ve created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Are the charges on different dates? Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here.

Hi.I checked my account. 1) I only have one Spotify account 2) I do not have any emails regarding the P129 charged to me 3) And the transaction date of the spotify transactions reflected in my bank billing statement are different.
