Hi, I have recently contacted O2 to enquire about why my bill had been so high, when doing this I was told that I was being charged for a spotify subscription as part of my data plan, however I have also been paying a seperate payment for my subscription that comes under spotify on my online banking therefore have been wrongly paying £19.98 every month. This has been going on for quite some time and was told by 02 that this can only been resolved by yourselves.

For a refund, please contact Spotify directly through the online contact form and they should be able to work something out for you. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, please reply to it and you will be connected to an agent that will be more than happy to assist you.
